How do I force my brain to stop producing an overabundance of adenosine in response to caffeine consumption?

I am sick and tired of having to endure the pain of skipping a day or two to wait to lose my tolerance to caffeine because my brain loves to flood everything with a constant flow of adenosine, I want to be able to find a way to regulate my adenosine production levels and amount manually, so that I can drink caffeine, and feel as energetic as though I am drinking it for the very first time.

Any suggestions?

Also, how can you lose all your adenosine instantly without taking caffeine or sleeping?
