News flash, the planet we live in isn’t the same as the planet that existed even 20 years ago. Foods have about half the vitamins and minerals they did. Animals, with the exception of rabbits, don’t even have natural B12. So if ur eating meat to be “natural” you already fucked up. Fish and animals contain lots of toxins, including heavy metals and micro plastics.
And even if it was, our ancestors didn’t live particularly long lives did they? Yes yes yes insulin resistance. All you have to do to avoid that is not stuff your face 24/7.
The reality is the most healthy diet for longevity and energy is a vegan diet with supplementation of B12, iodine, and D3 for starters. It’s not natural, but I can guarantee it will lead to the longest life. The reason many vegans look so sickly is because vegan foods are very low in calories, so many are starving themselves. But just eat fucking chocolate or avocados or some shit if that’s the problem
