Are there a good alternative to taking a nap?
The issue is that I take 3 naps of 90 minutes during the day, at least since some weeks ago.
So when I'm ready to not sleep is 4-5 PM already.
I need some way to allow my brain to rest but without taking a 90 minutes nap.
