I am about to quit my 6 figure job after only 6 months because I am on a team of all female “scientists”.
>Nobody else can code worth a fuck and I always have to fix their buggy shit with no comments
>my boss is a feminist who always assigns me the hardest projects yet when I present refuses to listen to my advice no matter much supporting data I have and ends up going with her feelings to make important decisions
>always walking on eggshells when conversing with coworkers. I’ve already been written up for getting pissed and cursing in their hug box
>we have entire communication channels dedicated to moral support because they can’t work without constant approval and “good jobs”
Women have ruined STEM. I am unironically considering learning to weld and never using my engineer degree just so I never have to work with one again.
