I already know what triggers diabetes and its not by you eating fats or sugar.
Its your brain that triggers a defence mechanism.
If it thinks you need extra energy to solve a conflict it will spike your blood sugar to give you extra energy to your muscles. After you have solved your conflict it will drop down making you dizzy or faint while it adjust itself to its normal range.
As you can see here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJMKHwjmcycThis is not caused by you eating sugar. Triggering this response too much will make you insulin dependant.
Now theres also another defence mechanism. Here your blood sugar drops causing you to feel dizzy/faint and then spike up and slowly adjust itself untill it gets to a normal range. It can be triggered by some when they see blood. Triggering this repsonse will cause you to be insulin resistance.
This is has nothing to do with how much sugar you eat.
The medical industry already knows this. They just dont want you to know it. So they will blame everything else for it.
