Only Engineering field I've not heard of complaining about not finding work is Electrical, CS also but it's not engineering.

Why would that be a golden ticket when it's been memed to death and everyone is trying to do it?
If you want guaranteed in demand work then do what most people don't and get blue collar credentials like forklift certification.
People need electricians, HVAC repairmen, truckers, supply chain workers in general, etc. Nobody needs the billionth new science academic.

Uh, because engineering is pain in the ass and I doubt a large majority of people would be willing to submit themselves to that torture when they could just get a business degree

Not sure where you live but here in Australia it's impossible to find good engineers to hire. Doesn't help that the borders have been closed for over a year now and the economy was built heavily on immigration.

Thats a big lie, the bankers have their media wing circulate the lie that you'll never be happy/wealthy/successful/admired/etc if you don't buy a $300,000 university degree, and that big lie tricks you into going into debt to the banker, which effectively makes you the banker's slave.
