Is you would fill the swastika with water for around 90% of the volume.

Could you rotate a wheel by pushing the water out of the left leg with compressed air?

If you make the right side of the swastika contain more water. The weight of the water should turn the wheel

I say this completely unironically, the swastika needs to be made acceptable in the west again. It has literally thousands of years of cultural history and they want people to basically never use it again because it was used that one time that certain people who also own shitloads of wealth don't like.

Instead of displacing air over a propellor, i am talking about displacing water with compressed air on the left side, while removing the air on the right side. So that the right side contains more water, and thuis weigh more.

then the force required to displace a part of the liquid inside the wheel. If you put a tire around the swastika shaped rim, and inflate the tire. you already have compressed air that can be used to displace the water.
