There is so much anecdotal evidence about adverse effects to vaccines that any of people are concerned about long term effects.
When you have a collection of anecdotes, you refer to them as data points. Further one can reasonably that 100% of adverse reactions are not reported. Some estimates are 99% of adverse reactions not being reported.
Extrapolating from the 1% that is reported is an exercise in facing some internal demons if you are already vaxxed.
