Like leaded gasoline, leaded paint, asbestos, cigarettes, baby powder with cancer, baby soap with formaldehyde cancer, experimental mRNA vaccines, radioactive drinks and bracelets, giant factories and CO2 causing global warming, gasoline engines, the list goes on and on dude.
There is so much anecdotal evidence about adverse effects to vaccines that any of people are concerned about long term effects.
When you have a collection of anecdotes, you refer to them as data points. Further one can reasonably that 100% of adverse reactions are not reported. Some estimates are 99% of adverse reactions not being reported.
Extrapolating from the 1% that is reported is an exercise in facing some internal demons if you are already vaxxed.
