I have video of my cum, but i can't upload that large a file. I'ts not all that interesting though, just a bunch of white dots with tails.

Is it possible to see bacteria with such a microscope? I heard they are far smaller than amoebas.

It is possible, but they are really small. Around 1um usually, whereas tese microbes are around 50-300um.
All these photos are with objectives 4x, 10x, or 40x. The camera works with a 16x occular. For bacteria, the 100x objective would be the one to use. My microscope has one, but i don't use it, cause i don't have a decent bacteriology setup. Though i am working on that. I built an incubator, got a preassure cooker, HEPA filter, peri dishes etc etc etc... I even built a sealed room in the old stables in the back yard. You can expect me posting bacteria in the next few months.
For now, have some stomata.
