A Practical Guide To Quantitative Finance Interviews by Xinfeng Zhou
Heard on The Street: Quantitative Questions from Wall Street Job Interviews by Timothy Crack
Had interview questions taken verbatim from these books. They're a bit old school though, so it would also be worthwhile going over statistical models, such as classical ML , like RIDGE and LASSO, SVM, and Forests, as well as Time Series definitions, like what is Stationarity, ARMA, GARCH, etc.
Best of luck!
