the ionizing radiation in Sunlight , which is also in same electromagnetic spectrum as microwaves , is starting at the UV spectrum, which is about 670THz to 790THz with about 1,360 watts per square meter. 5g is in the milliwatt range, and frequency wise way, way far below even the infrared spectrum of 400–480 Terrahertz with just 3.0GHz. based on your logic we should be all dead by now just from the atmospheres exposure to sunlight.
