I think it's hard to come up with a formula to give you an exact number for that, but it is very unlikely, yes.
And you have to take into account that the Moon is moving away - in the distant past it was "larger" than the sun, and in the distant future it will be "smaller" than the sun
It is a coincidence though, what else would it be.
