Scientifically speaking, why am I a Microsoft fanboy? I use pretty much all of their products (Windows, Office, Xbox, Bing, Azure, Surface), and while all of it (sans Xbox) is used on my job, I really have no actual reason to use Microsoft. I could use Linux, LibreOffice, Steam, Google, AWS, any other laptop. I just use Microsoft because... It's Microsoft. I simply think their products are of high quality, even when they are not. What make this phenomenon happen in general, likewise with Apple and Nintendo fanboys?
