Wth is the pattern supposed to be here?
You could try to say that the right side of the equation is just the last digit of the last number of the left side of each equation, such that 12 = 2, 15 = 5, 18 = 8, etc. But that pattern doesn't hold with the first line. How does 9 become 8?
