Men: Higher mean, higher variance
Women: Lower mean, lower variance

The small difference in IQ points means you get more fairly sharp men and more absolutely average women, but this small difference in IQ does not compensate for the extraordinary degree of variance in men.
For example: There is a relatively "large" number of men with 160 IQ points, but only a minuscule amount of women at that level. If this could be explained just with the small diff in IQ points, there would be a ton of women at 150 IQ points, but there are barely any women there either.
You can say the same for the lower end of the curve as well.
My point: the difference in variation between genders will always be much more important in any conversations about prodigies/geniuses than the small difference in mean.
