At what point do we start calling the gates sponsored together trial what it is, namely fraud?

>didn't measure viral load only for ivermectin
>dosing 7-14 days after symptom (why?!)
>dosing a fat soluble med on empty stomach (fraud)
>not excluding ivermectin users from the control group

These are only what I learned from a quick glance.
