Read and understand the theory, memorize the essential integral and derivative formulas and do a shit ton of exercises. That's the guaranteed way to get good at it. It surely is time consuming, but failproof.

Integrals are just the opposite of derivatives, so you only need to get good at derivatives to get good at integrals. To get good at derivatives, just repeatedly apply chain rule and product rule.

This works for most real-life problems where you need to evaluate integrals. If a numerical result is not sufficient, Mathematica, table values or your calculator will suffice.

Derivatives are piss easy; there are straightforward general rules that allow you to derive any combination of elementary functions.
Integrals are in general unsolvable, so don't bother; there are very few combinations of elementary functions whose integrals can be expressed as combinations of elementary functions, while the vast majority of combinations of elementary functions cannot be integrated in closed form using combinations of elementary functions.
Just use a computer to carry out numerical integration; or learn Simpson's rule and do it with paper and pencil if you live in a third-world shithole and your company can't afford a computer.
