We don't see them landing in Beijing asking to meet the new world leaders so they don't exist. We don't see them at all in this utterly minuscule slice of time in which we've had the technology to look methodically, and even then over a tiny range of frequencies that can't pick up Earth-level radio chatter beyond about 1 light year. We can say pretty clearly though that nobody is beaming gigawatt water hole signals directly at us. Have we searched the solar system down to sub-1m resolution for every body? Nope. If someone came across the remnants of a probe in a coal mine in Germany in 1432 would we have any record of it? How about anything like mysterious little bits of semiconductor equipment in coal seams from the Triassic? Nope, those gigantic machines just ripped straight through them and the dumptruck drove them away without anyone even noticing.

The criteria for saying "we don't see anyone" are ridiculous. The only thing we can say is "No meaningful data beyond a cluster of edge cases where it's even possible to make a measurement".

Even that would be ignoring all the reports of UFO's that even official government reports now confirm are real.
