I'm an early mathematics major and one of the classes I'll have to take is called 'real variables I' and 'real variables II'? Is this just real analysis for undergrads? I did some research and it seems most math majors take real analysis but my university only offers it for graduate students.

You should look into what topics are covered in the course. If it looks something like 'real numbers, sequences, series, topology of R, continuity, differentiability, integrals', then its introductory real analysis. The other real analysis is probably measure theory and functional analysis.

It is the same thing as real analysis. Most math program will have a garduate real analysis sequence, and an undergraduate real analysis sequence. They usually just call one "real analysis", and the other "analysis in one real variable" or something like that.

The undergrad course will be based on epsilon-delta definituins and cauchy schwartz inequality and some other stuff.

Graduate real analysis is based on measure theory. Dont be worried about the course name though. Undergrad analysis is a pretty standard course, and I'm sure it will be like real analysis anywhere else.

For real variables I it is: inequalities, real number system, limits, completeness, sequences and the Cauchy criterion, continuity, differentiability, mean value theorem, Taylor’s theorem, the Riemann integral, L’Hospital’s rule, fundamental theorem of calculus, approximate integration, improper integrals.
