Need to know as well. As a child i used to be one of the fastest learner and most creative of the school, now, i can't even form sentences well and i'm surpassed by every single friend in anything. Cooming and being a sedentary fuck really does take a toll, won't be surprised when they diagnost me with dyslexia or dysgraphia or any shit like that

Could anon kindly link the study that apparently states that frequent aerobic exercise (like running) boosts it big time? Apparently in some cases as much as one whole standard deviation: 15 IQ. That takes a bit though, as you have to be willing to get your body to a point where you can do reasonable amounts of aerobics. One anon who linked the study told me he did 30 - 40 mins of it for 5 days a week and over time he did indeed see serious improvements.

No guarantees, of course. But it's worth a shot. At least I'll have great physical health if not a better brain.

There are many ways to boost brain performance but I doubt you are very serious about your endeavor and as soon as you receive a high effort post to give you an answer you will just forget about your query within a couple of hours without having made a serious attempt to do anything with the knowledge you have been given.
