It's not only about the spontaneous creation of the 20 different amino acids, nucleotides, carbohydrates, and lipids all in proximity with whatever other minerals and molecules are needed necessitating an aqueous environment which has these different atoms in the right proportions, but the even more unimaginable and improbable arrangement of these biological building blocks into the simplest cell with specific proteins, a nucleic acid with the correct sequence of tens of thousands of base pairs that codes for the proteins it needs so it can fulfill the basic criteria of life including being able to reproduce itself meaning all the preexisting machinery needed for the central dogma including replication, transcription, and translation all surrounded by a cell membrane with membrane proteins to fulfill another criterion of being able to respond to its environment. Not only that because even if this cell manages to spontaneously assemble it has to somehow survive immediate destruction whether from temperature, pressure, harmful radiation, pH, tonicity, or chemicals. But that's not all because even if this primordial fucker manages to survive destruction it still needs to be surrounded by food to feed on for energy.
