Why are Asians supposed to be smarter than Whites when (the top) Asian countries usually score ~105 on the IQ scale, while European countries have around 100?
Factoring in that there are many people from sub saharan Africa and the middle east living in said European countries (who score around 70 and 90 respectively), it is only logical to assume that the average IQ scores of European countries would thus be higher was this not the case.
