How much of paleontology is just fan fiction versus provable fact?
Can we really know the behavior, diet, lifespan, etc. from some bones that are not exactly common?
It’s not like we have 10,000 T-Rex skeletons to be able to compare with one another and see what commonalities there are within the species.
I am skeptical. But maybe I am wrong. Somebody enlighten me on the process if so.
We barely know anything about many species living in the ocean other than that they exist
