Have any stemcels in university ever witnessed an instance of a average IQ person who struggled more than others, but had a superlative work ethic? Is it possible to make it if you grind super hard?

It's largely work ethic retard. 99% of the "smart" kids you know put in the work either via hard work ethic or rich parents supplying them with tutors at a young age. Some learn easier then others yes but no one gets anywhere without actually putting in work, this boards obsession with IQ is overblown. I think its some combination of a cope for not working hard / a belief that they have some inert superiority

Obviously the kids who succeed academically usually have a pretty good work ethic, but they would never get that far if they didn't have a high IQ

Yes, hard work will get you the degrees and jobs, but you'll look around and see others not working as hard. What others do in 40 hours may take you 50-60 in a technical field. Are you prepared for that? Also, it may limit you to not be able to work where fast responses are required
