I guess but it seems not worthwhile. If we have the resources they’d probably be better spent elsewhere. Enceladus would just be a water world and Titan is too cool imo to change. Most of the other moons would simply involve pumping atmosphere onto the moon and having it get stripped away in a few thousand years anyways.
