I’m taking Calculus II this semester instead of Calculus I, which is the one I’d be prepared for, because all of the class times conflicted with my other required classes. How difficult will it be and should I be prepared to pass fail it?

The college doesn’t check my high school class list it’s up to me to pick what I want to take, and I’m not even hoping to get an A just maybe a B

Just don't take it and take Calc 1 next semester if you can't take it online.
Anyway, good luck, Calc 2 picks up where Calc 1 left off so if you don't know any Calc 1 stuff you are fucked.

Don't listen to these downers, OP. You can learn the entirety of Calc I watching abridged lectures online and working through some hard exercises, whatever you find on Spivak or Apostol that looks horrifying will do. Calc II isn't that hard, just get comfortable doing integrals through substitution (simple, trig and hyperbolic) and by parts. Sounds like a meme, but Khan Academy has good material to work through if you have the time
