Would these have any effect on the vaccines? I figured since they can pull out a part of poison they could also pull out a part of anything that is injected in you.

That syringes from the vaccine are very small. Not sure if a pump for snake bites would work on a microscopic injection site. Try it out.

Makes sense I figured it would be hard to have a full effect but is anyone sure I can't get even just 10% of vaccine out of it?

What are ways of checking if someone is actually vaccinated or not. Besides checking the records. Like if you got vaxxed in a 2nd world country where medical personel are easy to bribe

You have to be trained properly to give injections, mainly so you don't inject it directly into a vein which can be really bad for you.
Theres a certain technique to do it properly, it involves pushing the skin slightly also so that after its injected it helps seal it.
