Why is the salay so low, and why one would voluntarily work there?
I'm daydreaming about quitting the private sector to go somewhere more research oriented as I'm tired of emotional decisions from higher ups and want to go somewhere cold truth and results are the gold standard in decision making.
I'm lurking the offers but the money is so low I'm not sure more days off worths the paycut. Especially considering the possibility of changing company, dealing with the same bullshit but earning more.
