I was given a bussiness opportunity that requires me to be vaccinated. Which of the vaccines could I take that has the lowest risk of side effects?

To make ot clear, I don't care about actual effectivity or who made it. I just need the green checkmark that says I'm vaccinated. I would take placebo if it did the trick.

I've heard RNA vaccines are weird. The wiki lists adenovirus and inactivated virus vaccines as well. What difference is there? What do I take?
