But you can simply hire people you know like you're supposed to, and open applications for high skill or technical positions because usually only men are formally qualified for those. If women for some reasons apply to those, I'm sure you can pull something convincing out. I'd say having fewer but more skilled and higher paid workers is the best way to avoid women in your business.
And if you're bloated enough to have HR, don't fall for the women in HR meme.
Big companies can afford to hire women for the image, they have a different situation.
Women will still occupy jobs, but it doesn't have to be at your place. If you have useless dregs wasting your time and money, it's your own fault.
