The fact of the matter is, just because you call something a vaccine doesn't make it safe. The normal process of developing vaccines makes them safe. I wouldn't take a cyanide pill just because someone called it a vaccine. Most people wouldn't take radical new vaccines in early testing phases before 2020 unless if they had nothing to lose or needed money.
You should use situational judgement. If that makes me a conspiracy theorist, then pass me the tinfoil hat, I'll wear it proudly.
