Be real anon set a serious goal and connect it to something. Doing something once discovering that is too hard and never doing it again does not help you.

Step 1: Find a way to make it serious. Ask a friend to join your challenge or put 100 bucks in an envelope and say to someone this is yours if I do not have read this book by....... Do you not have any friends at all. 30+ do the money in an envelope and send it to cherraty instead of you fail 30- find a discord group to study together.

Step 2: make your goals realistic. Think about what you really seriously think you can achieve in a time period such as a month. Then multiply the time you think you need by 2.

Step 3: find a way to keep getting back to the goals you want to achieve. Link it to something such as bruching your theath or a postit note on the fridge or a specific light when it's on you work on your goals when it's off you do something else.
