I smoked a pack a day, sometimes more than that for 10 years. I'm 25 now and I quit a few months ago. I'm currently feeling bummed out, thinking a lot of the damage is already done.
I've read somewhere, someone's uncle quit smoking when he was 30 and he still got lung cancer when he was 70 years old.

I feel great since I quit. I've been working out and eating healthier, however I don't know if it's enough. Is there anyway to reverse the damage or are my lungs permanently damaged?
