I let my parents walk all over me until i was 30. severely stunted myself, taking a long, painful journey to a healthy worldview. I paired that book with a better diet with whole foods (not processed) and cutting out complex sugars like candy and alcohol for about six months. There are plenty of ways to do it, but for most people, losing weight or lowering sodium intake is the trick.
