The language they will use for science will eventually become more verbose and probably dogma-esque, without being blind to detail and process.
Think of how the advanced aliens in many sci-fi franchise, like Halo, Warhammer 40k, etc, think about their universe, where religion and science aren't really distinguishable to their activities. I think that's ironically where we are heading to if we survive the bumps on the way.
