Pi has to do with n-spheres, and numbers taken to the n'th power as a corollary, and any curve what-so-ever as a corollary to that corollary.
Squaring numbers is closely related to counting, which is everywhere, and counting is related to primes.
N-spheres are closely related to anything even remotely resembling concepts similar to geometry, which are everywhere.
