The mRNA will be used up, 48 hours seems to be the consensus, could be longer could be shorter, I have no evidence to suggest its indefinite.
All I am suggesting, is that, the immune response will commence an attack against the spike protein, in critical organs. Since the dosing of the spike is different from person to person, that 48 hour window might be all it takes to allow significant damage to occur.
Hence why despite VAERS being a meme, it is useful to see what kind of damage can be done. We do see the same type of damage COVID can cause, namely clotting of the blood in various parts of the body.
