I slept less than 5 hours for about 2 years and I was absolutely miserable, I'd have murdered for the ability to sleep a full night without waking up. I felt like I was going crazy and the insomnia was an early sign of schizophrenia.
It ended up being a problem with my teeth though and I became much healthier after the operation. I could sleep again, focus again, working memory improved and the things I learned actually stayed in my head. My mood also improved by a thousandfold.
If you are able to sleep for more than 6 hours a night, remember that it's a gift you should enjoy to the fullest. Not everyone is that lucky and my past self would have envied you to no end.
