Scientifically speaking, why is there such a difference between crime rates of different races and ethnic groups? Is it purely socioeconomic factors, or is there something else at play? Leftists say that when you account for socioeconomic factors, whites and blacks have similar crime rates. Right wingers say the complete opposite, that poor whites don't commit nearly as much crime as poor blacks. Who is right?
