If quantum fluctuations happen and the speed of an object increases when you decrease the time measured, doesn't that create new kinetic energy?

But how? If a particle travels near the speed of light in a time interval very small, but really slow in a big time interval, then there's a change in the kinetic energy.
Where does the kinetic energy from the quantum fluctuations come from?

Contrary to what you've been misled to believe, energy as a scalar value assigned to an object doesn't exist. In physics only CHANGES in energy are relevant, as its the conserved current from Noether's theorem for time invariance. In other words, CHANGES in energy are only physically meaningful during time elapses of events. Assigning energy to a discrete moment is merely a mathematical tool. When we say energy is conserved, we say that the net CHANGE in energy as an object evolves over time is zero. While the energy itself is conserved, it's a way to quantify how an object experiences the passage of time. Okay? Can we put this pseud shit to rest now? Short answer: yes energy is conserved in QM.

Well, according to our teacher, objects in quantum mechanics follow a continuous trajectory just like in classical mechanics, but, unlike classical mechanics, it is not differentiable.
The shortest the amount of time, the higher the speed is and, because of that, the further away it gets (like in OP's image)

Not if the particle exists in a state of definite energy. If it exist in a superposition of states of different energies, then how are you even going to compare before and after? You measure the first time, you get one energy, measure again its the same energy.

Most of my books are in English, but my teacher wrote a book about quantum mechanics and we all had to buy it to study.
It derives quantum mechanics from a different law that all the other books, though, and it uses terms that no other book uses, so when you don't understand something, you can't read another book to get a different explanation
