Stop lying. Here, high school teachers get paid 6 figures, so researchers are almost certainly getting paid even more.

Salaries are public. You can look up the salaries of postdocs. They're five figures in nearly all cases.
Admin gets paid something like $300,000 and up in a lot of cases but they serve no clear purpose at all and are entirely separate from any research duties.

sort of true, but the big wig researchers from the research lab I worked at made tons of money while the people below them probably got paid 5 figures or so.

research labs are completely different, unless you're talking about university big wigs in which case yes, but only a tiny fraction of us ever get professor positions, and even then they still generally make less than admin

Probably because they know payed is something you do with a rope, while paid is the receiving of currency or currency equivalents in exchange for goods or services.

This is a nonsensical question based on my posts. I'm not OP and I think researchers do a decent amount of work, though I do share some of his sentiment. I just said that I thought they were paid well.
In any case, I think that researchers should be at least paid more than teachers because 99% of teachers not only do no real work, but actively harm the development of children.
