Your body does not have the ability (does not have the enzymes) to break down cellulose, which makes up most of plant cell walls. It is thought to play roles in "cleaning" out the digestional track, but it's not clear whether or not it is absolutely required (inb4 carnivore and vegan people lose their shit).

The bread, lettuce, and/or tomatoes will contain cellulose that will not be broken down into and will result in adding weight to your poop independent of its caloric content. That's as much as I am going to get into.
