Only thing I remember using was derivatives and limits. Unless you go for some hard degree you can learn everything in a couple of months.
Oh and also probability theory and statistics.

This is just what I remember doing on my finance bachelor 4 years ago, honestly never used most of this stuff since. I work in a bank now and I could have done this shit with the knowledge I had in middle school.
