If the deepest hole dug is 7km, and the mantle, which is 410km below the earth's surface, is said to be 6692° Fahrenheit - how do we know the temperature of the earth's mantle?

How do we know the pressure and density? As far as am aware the density is assumed and not verifiable as scientists 'believe' it is mostly iron and nickel. Might as well be arguing for the existence of the Flying Spaghetti Monster - equivocal experimental data.

Our basis for assumption for gravity-to-density is based on presumptions of the density of earth along with size. This is a non sequitur as you cannot conclude A causes B thusly B causes A.

You can calculate Earth's mass independently using orbital mechanics, then measure its size to calculate average density.

Orbital mechanics can be used to find the mass of earth which is dependent on gravity which is derived on assumed density. Even then this is a rough approximation of elemental makeup based on average density.

The pressure follows from the self-gravity of the earth given its mass and radius. The radius and mass can be measured, and the density comes from the mass and size too.

No, see derivation of Kepler's laws. No assumptions about size, everything's treated like a point mass. Only need orbital periods, distances and the gravitational constant.

The mass of the earth is derived not measured. Again about using orbital mechanics you also have to assume the density and mass of another planet/moon in order to get the earth's mass.

So say we can derive the mass of Earth. That gives an approximate average density of the earth. The mantle of the earth can be any number of elements and/or elemental isotopes and/or bonded chemicals [combination of elements]. For example: for all we know the mantle of the earth can be Cobalt which has a much different triple point than iron and nickel.
