They are doing two separate teaching jobs from what I've been able to gather.
If they're each getting paid 200$/day (half a teacher's salary) then that would still add up to 1000$/week which is well over the minimum wage so it doesn't seem like there's a breach here.
You could argue there's a breach of the maximum 38 hour work week if their time adds up to more than that but the employer could just say a single twin is working at a time.
Of course in reality this shit would never become an issue since they're just glad to have any job at all.
