It's like with guns, should all law abiding gun owners give up their guns because niggers in chicago kill each other with illegally acquired firearms? Obviously not. In fact, the existence of the latter justifies the existence of the former.
It's the same with schooling. Many people are simply unable to homeschool their children properly. Those kids shouldn't be shut off from learning because of their parents' incompetence. At the same time, most of public education has been corrupted by women and jews and turned into something that has a lot of inefficiencies and detrimental aspects.
A properly designed education system would allow parents to homeschool their children if they wish or send them to a public/private school with the understanding that their kids aren't going to be brainwashed by retarded women and jews.
The problem isn't that the tool is flawed, it's that the jews are flawed.
