The Europeans emphasize the importance of climate change and then builds a pipeline from Russia to Germany. China makes vague promises about carbon neutrality and then pumps out a new coal plant. The less said about India and Africa, the better. We're actually fucked, and if the protests of the powerless bother you, you can relax knowing that nothing will come out of it. I wish those in power were alarmed by climate change, something might have changed because of it. Instead we are headed for wildfires, drought, crop failure, and a billion+ climate refugees.
