Google isn't an internet company, it's an American propaganda machine now. It's an unusable service now that shows you like 5% of the entire fucking internet if not less. If you google something negative about something they support all you get is positive shit about it.
Websites are bloated using shitty frameworks like react, far too much worthless front-end shit and mobile designs everywhere. It's just terrible, html, css, js and a templating engine is enough to make a functioning website but no "let's all use these huge frameworks that huge companies like twitter use even though we're a tiny company and service".
blablabla I shouldn't rant on, but the services on the internet are gradually making the computer a non-personal computer and just a television again.

These type of fake and gay rejuvenation labs are all scams propped up for tax evasion, you don't have to pay taxes if you donate your money to such research labs, you can easily keep your money in the bank accounts of such propped up companies, without having to pay taxes on them.
