Im from Brazil and I want to start studying to be an ESL teacher, but Im having trouble with the subject of phonetics. Im required to memorize the point ,and manner,of each phoneme, memorize its caligraphy and be able to transcribe sound into text.
are there any good books for this? Any general memory-enhancing excercises I can do?
I dont want to be an eternal neet,please give advice.
