That's one of the meta-analyses that included the withdrawn, fradulent Elgazzar study. As the pic in the OP notes "If you get rid of just this research, most meta-analyses that have found positive results would have their conclusions entirely reversed."

That doesn't appear to be true. Nearly every study in that link showed some positive effect. While the Elgazzar study was clearly bullshit, the authors in OP's photo are also serving up some of their own shit.

It's pretty obviously false, too, if you think about it for a second. If the meta-analysis had 20 "it does nothing/makes things worse" papers and 1 "it's a miracle" paper, they would come up inconclusive at best, not positive. Meta-analysis isn't about reporting the one outlier as your conclusion.
